Other Tachycardia Rhythms

Several other tachycardia rhythms are seen with both stable and unstable tachycardia. Most of these rhythms contain Monomorphic Ventricular Tachycardia and Polymorphic Ventricular Tachycardia the two of which tend to be wide-complex tachycardias. Extensive complex tachycardias are understood to be as a QRS of > 0.12 second. Professional appointment should be considered with these rhythms. These kind of wide-complex tachycardias are the commonest types of ventricular tachycardia that will worsen to ventricular fibrillation.
